12th National Culture & Arts Award (2008)

The National Culture and Art Foundation’s National Award for Arts encourages outstanding artists with numerous achievements to their name, and seeking to comprehensively enhance the standard of cultural and art work in Taiwan. This award is used to recognize and encourage achievements in the fields of literature, fine art, music, drama, dance, architecture and cinema. The recipients for the 12th National Culture and Art Foundation’s National Award for Arts included Mark Lee Ping-bin (Photographer), Chu-yuan Lee (Architect), Tai-Hsiang Lee (Composer), Shu-ching Shih (Author), Ruo-yu Liu (Performing Artist) and Kuo-sung Liu (Artist). The awardees have been cultivating in their respective fields with endless creativity and passion.
